1. Return Eligibility

The product must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

3. Return Request Period
A return or exchange request should be submitted within the return period mentioned on the relevant product page or order information.

- Reason for return
- Clear photographs or video of the product, where requested
Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs or videos showing:
- The product
- Product tags
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- The damage, defect, or incorrect item
After reviewing the request, we will inform you whether the product qualifies for a return, replacement, exchange, or refund.
5. Size Exchange
If size exchange is available for the product, the exchange will be subject to:
- Availability of the requested size
- The product being unused and in eligible condition
- The applicable return/exchange period
If the requested size is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered where applicable.
6. Return Shipping
For products that qualify for return because of a wrong, damaged, or defective item, KDK Outfit may arrange or provide return instructions according to the applicable order and shipping process.
For returns due to reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, return shipping charges may apply where permitted and where stated on the product/order page.
7. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund according to the payment method and applicable terms.
The refund may be issued to:
- The original payment method, or
- Another applicable method communicated by KDK Outfit.
Refund processing and the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment provider.
8. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, if a refund is approved, we may request the customer to provide the necessary bank account or other payment details required to process the refund.
We will only request information reasonably necessary for processing the refund.
9. Cancellation
Order cancellation may be possible only before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow the applicable return process after delivery.
10. Exchange
Where exchange is available, the replacement product will be subject to stock availability and the applicable return/exchange conditions.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we may provide another applicable resolution.
11. Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Products
Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or with discount offers may have different return or refund conditions.

12. Failed or Undelivered Orders
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.
